TuxGuitar Ukulele Tablature Template for Transcribing Music
I use TuxGuitar for transcribing music on the computer. It is a free and open-source tablature editor, which lets you edit tabs and scores and offers support for a variety of file formats including Guitar Pro, Lilypond, MIDI, MusicXML, SVG and PDF.
While it works fine out of the box for transcribing guitar tabs it took me a while to figure out how to use it for the ukulele. I created this blank ukulele template to save time whenever I start a new transcription for the uke and figured that it could be useful for other people too. It is free to download and use. Feel free to share it with your ukulele buddies, but I ask you to not charge any money for the blank template and tell people where you got it from. It is good for your karma.
